Good product, slow shipping
I ordered a Glitter Lip Kit in 'Ruby Slipper' and it arrived exactly as described. The color payoff was excellent and it really did stay on all night without smudging, which is impressive. I was a bit disappointed with the shipping time; it took 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a little long for a domestic order. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, it's a quality product, but they could definitely improve their delivery speed.
